Vietnam has five major city centers (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho) and 58 provinces, along with 63 administrative regions. In particular, SEV factory is located in Long An province.
From 2017 to June 2018, Long An province has 2,193 new companies with registered capital
31.5 trillion VND.
As of June 2017, there were 1,401 new enterprises and total investment of 22,600 billion VND .
As a result, as of June 20, a total of 10,152 enterprises were estimated at 243 trillion VND.
Long An Province has simplified administrative procedures to develop management plans, and often meet companies in the province. PCI (Provincial Competitiveness Index) of Long An province reached 66.7 points and became the fourth position (out of 63 provinces).
Provincial People’s Committee launches emulation movement “Long An enterprise integrates and develops” period 2017-2020 with the aim of improving the investing and business environment, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.

We have achieved our goals in the emulation movement. Specifically :
– SEV has a revenue growth rate of 178%, reaching 16.5 points
– The average profit growth rate was 537%, reaching 11 points
– Paying the state budget in accordance with the regulations 122% of the budget, reaching 16.5 points
– The minimum wage increasing rate is 106%, reaching 10.56 points
SEV scored a total of 78.56 points ( highest point is 90 ) was honored with certificates of merit
“Excellent Enterprise” from Chairman of People’s Committee of Long An province. This year, the number of companies awarded certificates of merit this year is 86 companies (out of 10,152 companies).
